Refund policy

We accept returns of all unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees.

> All returns for credit must have an RMA # from 5starreview.co to send the merchandise back within 14 days of purchase. If an incorrect item was shipped, please get in touch with us right of way either by email at Support@5starreview.co or call us at 916.692.2130.

 

> The Printer and other items must be returned in their original Printer or item box with all parts, accessories, and manuals. 

 

> Clearance Items, Custom gift cards, or any custom orders are NON-returnable. No exceptions.


> All packages must be sent to 5starreview.co via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice.

 

> All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in a re-saleable condition and include all parts, accessories, and/or manuals.

 

> Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

> All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.

 

> Merchandise returned, tested functional, and without defect will be subject to a processing fee of 20% of the product price.

 

>All Perishable Products are Final Sales, We cannot accept perishable items for returns.
